User Agreement

This document is a public agreement (adhesion agreement) between the visitor of the website louisvuitton.in.ua (hereinafter referred to as the User ) and the website administration (hereinafter referred to as the Store ) on the procedure for using the website, placing orders, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Payment and delivery

3.1. All payment methods are described on the relevant page of the website.
3.2. Delivery is carried out through the "Nova Poshta" service throughout Ukraine.
3.3. The terms, conditions and price of delivery are regulated by the carrier's rules and the store's policy.

4. Return and exchange

4.1. The user has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, if the goods have not been used, have stored packaging, seals, labels and are in their original condition.

5. Protection of personal data

5.1. All personal data provided by the user when placing an order or registering is stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy .
5.2. The store does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided by law or necessary to fulfill the order.

6. Responsibilities of the parties

6.1. The store is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages that may arise as a result of using the site or delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond the control of the store.
6.2. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided when placing an order.
