Louis Vuitton Return and Exchange Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase on the louisvuitton.in.ua website. If for any reason the product does not suit you, you have the right to return or exchange in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Return and exchange conditions

1. Deadlines:
   You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Item condition:
   Only goods that:

   • was not in use;

   • preserved in its original form;

   • has a complete set, packaging, tags and seals (if any);

   • has no signs of wear, dirt, damage or foreign odors.

3. Items that cannot be returned:
   According to the law, personal hygiene products, perfumes, underwear, hosiery and other categories specified in Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 are not subject to return.

4. Exchange of goods:
   If the size or model does not suit you, we can offer an exchange if the corresponding product is in stock. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer (except in cases of defects).

5. Return procedure:

   • Contact our manager in any convenient way.

   • Prepare the goods for shipment.

   • Send the goods via Nova Poshta using the details provided by the manager.

   • After checking the condition of the goods, we will issue a refund within 3 working days using the same method by which payment was made.

6. Refund:
   In case of online payment or via bank transfer, the amount will be returned to your card. If you chose cash on delivery, the funds will be returned by transfer after the goods are received at the warehouse.
